1. Windows Updates - We begin by assuring that your computer has
all services packs and updates to assure there are no security issues
with your computer.

2. AntiVirus - Having an AntiVirus is
important. If you don't have one we will install one for you and scan your
hard drive removing any viruses that are affecting your computer and
protecting it for the future.

3. Firewall - A firewall is also important. Without one a hacker may attack
your computer and take it over without you ever knowing. We will install
one if you don't have one, and if you do we will assure all programs have
correct permissions.

4. Spyware - Spyware is now creating as much havac as viruses at this
time. We will search for thousands of spyware and deleted them.

5. Drivers - Many computers may have drivers that are installed
incorrectly. This can lead to malfunctioning printers or speakrs. We will
correct these drivers assuring everything works correctly.

6. Hardware - Other hardware may not even be connected correctly.
If this is the case we will connect it and explain to you what was incorrectly
placed.

7. Misc. Software - Besides Windows updates most software have
miscelaneous updates. Without these software may not perform correctly,
we assure that these updates are installed.
